About FocusKept
FocusKept is an independent product built by one independent developer who wanted a single place to focus and actually remember what they studied.
Why it exists
Focus timers help you start, but they forget everything the moment the session ends. Flashcard apps help you remember, but writing cards by hand is a chore. FocusKept connects the two: focus, explain it in your own words, and let the reviews come to you.
FocusKept is designed, built and operated by Murad Gojayev, a software engineer based in Baku, Azerbaijan. Every feature rests on well-researched learning methods — focused work blocks, retrieval practice and spaced repetition — and stays only if it makes them easier to keep up. He is personally responsible for the product, its support and the protection of your data.
How we work
No dark patterns, no fake numbers. Free means really useful, and Pro pays for the AI and the time it takes to keep FocusKept running and improving.
